  2. TeleMESSAGING 100 - Our telephone answering service

    You can propel your business forward by using our highly effective telephone answering services, seamless transfers and management services - answering in your own business style, either using your own telephone number or a number that we dedicate just to you. With our standard service we will answer your calls in your own business style and forward a free list of these calls to you by email at the end of each day. Standard costs for this service are ?9.99 per week plus VAT. This will provide you with 100 free incoming calls answered in a 4-week period.

    TeleMESSAGING 100 to text messages

    To enhance our standard service we will answer your calls in your own business style and text the message directly to your mobile phone. A record will be kept of the call and this will be sent to you by email at the end of the each day in our "call log format" The standard fee for this service remain the same with an additional fee of 25p per message sent to you by text.

    TeleMESSAGING 100 to email

    Some of our clients benefit by the enhanced service of sending each message to them immediately upon receipt by email i.e. thus received either on your WAP phone, PDA or alternative. The standard fee for this enhanced service is ?11.49 per week plus VAT. This will provide you with 100 free incoming calls sent immediately to you by email in a 4-week period.

    TeleLINKING 100

    Your calls will be answered in your own business style and seamlessly linked to you anywhere instantly on your own dedicated ISDN line, just as if your were working in-house. The standard fee for this enhanced service is ?14.99 per week plus VAT. This will provide you with 100 free incoming calls sent immediately to you by email in a 4-week period. There is a call cost from our reception to your telephone charged at discounted BT rates. We will provide you, free of charge, with a detailed schedule of these calls with your invoices.

    EMERGENCY/DISASTER telephone/office cover

    When there is a crisis (either major or minor) in your business we can offer emergency telephone answering cover. We can be set up for you within 30 minutes of being informed of the disaster. We then deal with your calls as per your instructions, either messaging or seamlessly transferring, as required. We can SMS broadcast to company mobiles, informing your staff of any operational difficulties.

    Holiday cover

    We can offer short-term holiday cover on a weekly basis.

  3. Local Business Point

    This service embraces individual offices, available under one month's flexible license, interview rooms, consulting rooms, conference room, committee room or hot desk. All rooms are equipped with broadband access.

  7. Mail Point

    If you require a High Street mailing address to have all of your business mail sent to, then we offer ?The Buckman Building?. All mail can be either collected from our office during the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 1pm Saturday. Alternatively mail can be forwarded to you, as per your instructions.

    For clients abroad, mail can be opened and scanned and sent to you electronically if required.

    Offers you the choice of sumptuous office and related facilities to suit your temporary needs. We can accommodate from 2 to 12 people.

  14. Facsimile Services

    We retain a facsimile facility for our clients. Signing up to a telephone answering contract will afford you the use of a generic facsimile line, the number of which you may add to your stationery. You will only be charged for receipt and sending of the individual faxes. Faxes received on your behalf will be emailed on to you.

    We can scan up to A3 size. This can be converted into a jpeg or pdf format. We can also convert PDF to Word format for later development.

  19. We have the facility to create staff security cards, either with or without magnetic strips.

  21. We have facilities to carry out photocopying, comb binding and laminating. We have substantial experience in preparation of Court Documents for various hearings. We offer a fully confidential finishing service in this area.

    As a fully supporting office we have the ability to provide further additional services to include your typing requirements. This may be from any media including draft copy, faxed copy, micro tapes, digital tapes, or WAV and DSS files by email. We can type anything from a single page letter, a CV, a report or a book. We can prepare mailshots and arrange mailmerges for your advertising needs. We can also scan documents and convert into Word format.

    Spreadsheets

    We can help with the computation of documents in spreadsheet format and we have a good understanding of working with formulas.

    Full Reception Services

    We can offer full reception services to include not only your telephone reception, but also management of your email, updating your address books and /or managing your web-based diary.
